- Caring good service
- Had ordered the Apricorn Aegis Secure Key 3 NX USB3 at 8 GB. According to the website, it was available. Thus ordered it, getting a confirmation email of my purchase. Then for a while there was no news, finally got information that said item was no longer available, but that I would be 'upgraded' and receive a 32 GB version of the USB key. Was delighted, as the wait had been a bit long. I was also informed that there could be custom duties, which I accepted. Thought I had to go through DHL or such like, but Expansys took care of it. In the end I did not need to pay for import duty. Support and communication was very good. My only gripe would be that there was a long lapse without info after the order and news about it, but after that it was good and responses and information emails were friendly, rapid and clear.
