第一步:選中所要購買的商品,輸入購買數量,點擊加入購物車

第二步:想繼續購物直接點擊瀏覽其他商品,結帳請點上方的購物車

第三步:收銀台界面出現,可以選擇以信用卡或銀聯卡付款

第四步:想增加或減少購買數量,請更改產品的數量,再點擊更新,如不想購買此商品,可以刪除該商品

第五步:商品及數量選擇完畢,請選擇付款方式,有信用卡、Paypal、銀行匯款方式可供選擇。

第六步:填寫並檢查所填資料無誤,點擊提交訂單(訂單確認界面出現,詳細說明訂單處理時間和條件,同時您將收到一封訂單確認郵件)

**您可以在我們的訂單查詢一欄實時查看訂單狀態(包括– 何時寄出,商品庫存情況等等)**

貼心提醒您:
1. 手機及平版電腦運送至台灣,將依正常程序報關,所產生之關稅〈約5%〉需由消費者負擔。
2. 根據中華民國法律規定,若進口商品總價值超過美金 $1,000,必須申報商品檢驗,消費者可選擇自行申報或委託代辦單位協助申報,所產生之額外費用亦由消費者自行承擔。

保固條款:


EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城於2014年7月16日起提供十二個月的保固服務(配件包括電池不提供保修服務),如果顧客於7月16日之前下訂單, EXPANSYS只會提供原本的三個月保固服務。

十二個月的基本保固條款如下:

    如果顧客在收到貨品後,發現有產品品質問題,請同我們聯繫,並於14天內將產品退還給我們,可以全額退款或者更換全新貨品。如果您收 到產品並沒有品質問題,而是對產品不滿意,也可在14天內將產品連同銷售單退還給我們,我們可以爲您安排退款(不會退回寄出的運費);請注意,該情况下, 退回的産品必須沒有開封使用,和保證包裝完整完好,決不影響第二次銷售,如收到的産品或是包裝有破損、配件丟失的情況,EXPANSYS保留拒絕退款的權利,或者會扣除25%的貨款。退貨時,請將您收到的所有物品包裝好,退還給我們,包括產品的說明書,配件和完整包裝等。

    如果您在收到貨品14天後,三個月內,發現産品需維修,請與我們聯繫,將産品和銷售單一起返回,我們將會爲您安排免費的維修服務,維 修服務所產生的運費由EXPANSYS承擔。
 
    如果您在收到貨品三個月後,十二個月內,發現產品有需進行維修,請跟我們聯繫,經我們確認後請將産品和銷售單一起返回,顧客需要承擔該程運費,而EXPANSYS會爲您安排免費的維修服務。當產品完成維修後, EXPANSYS會將產品送回並會承擔該程所產生的運費。
 
     如果您在收到貨品十二個月後,發現產品有需進行維修,請跟我們聯繫,經我們確認後請將産品和銷售單一起返回,EXPANSYS磐石環球數碼城將檢查 該産品後,告知維修所需的費用,客戶可以選擇接受,支付維修費用;或者選擇拒絕,我們會將貨品退回。該過程產生的一切運費和額外費用由客戶承擔。

保固服務包括:
1 軟體故障
2 製造商或硬體問題
3 三個或以上的屏幕壞點/死點

保固服務不包括:
1. 屏幕破損
2. 產品浸水
3. 意外人為損壞或者不當操作錯誤
4. 由應用軟件引起的損壞或者由安裝的固件與設備不兼容引起的損壞
5. 未滿三個的屏幕壞點/死點

B-Stock産品保固服務:

B-Stock產品並非全新貨品,不享有任何的保固服務。如您發現產品有缺陷或者與網站上的描述不符,您必須在收到貨品7天內將産品退回。

Collect an order
We do not have a showroom, but we welcome customers who wish to collect orders between 9am and 4pm on weekdays. Please call call +852 2416 6700 if you need to confirm an order is ready. Our collection point is 6/F, Edwick Industrial Centre, 4-30 Lei Muk Road, Kwai Chung, N.T. Hong Kong.

Report a late delivery
If you have received a shipping confirmation email and the package has not arrived when you expected, please contact trackorder@expansys.com, or alternatively call +852 2416 6700.

Cancel an order
To cancel your order please send an email quoting your order reference and reason for cancelling to cancelorder@expansys.com, or alternatively call +852 2416 6700 please note that orders can not be cancelled after dispatch.

Warranty and Returns:

Standard Warranty


EXPANSYS provides a 3 month repair warranty for our customers (accessories including batteries do not carry any warranty). Additionally, customers can opt to purchase an additional one year "Extended Warranty", (3 months basic warranty plus 12 months extended, for a total of 15 months warranty service) for Smart Phones and Tablet PCs at an additional cost.

The terms and conditions for a standard 3 month warranty are as follows:

  • If the goods are found to be faulty within 14 days, customers are entitled for either a full refund or replacement. Any item may be returned for any reason within 14 days from the date of dispatch. If you want to return the goods which are NON-DEFECTIVE within the 14 days period, please note that the returns should be in AS NEW CONDITION with FULL PACKING and DOCUMENTATION. If the goods are not in AS NEW condition or missing any packaging or damaged packaging, we reserve the right to refuse refund or a restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged depending on the condition of the returned goods. Delivery costs will not be refunded. To return the goods, please parcel them properly, including all originally provided manuals, accessories and packaging.
  • If the goods are found to be faulty after 14 days and within 3 months of purchase, the customer can send the faulty goods to our office, together with relevant invoice and EXPANSYS can arrange for repair services. Post fault investigation and within the specified warranty period, EXPANSYS repair service will be actioned at our discretion (please see Exclusions below), at no cost to the customer. Shipping charges will be borne by EXPANSYS
  • If the goods are found to be faulty after 3 months, the customer can send the faulty goods to our office, EXPANSYS will arrange for repair services. Customer has to bear the repair costs. EXPANSYS will test the faulty unit and will provide a quote to the customer and if the customer agrees, we will proceed to repair the faulty unit as we see fit. If not,  this will be communicated and the device will be returned to the customer, unrepaired. There will be a nominal shipping and handling charge on top of the repair charges. Shipping charges for returning the items shall be borne by the customers if they decide against repair.

A.     Software malfunction
B.     Manufacturer or hardware defects
C.     More than three dead pixels

Standard Warranty Exclusions:
Warranty does not cover the following:
A.    Broken screens or LCDs
B.    Liquid damage
C.    Damages caused by accidents or mishandling of the device
D.    Damage caused by applications or firmwares which are not compatible with the device
E.    Three or fewer dead pixels

Extended Warranty:


Customers can opt to purchase an additional one year "Extended Warranty", (3 months basic warranty plus 12 months extended, for a total of 15 months warranty service) for Smart Phones and Tablet PCs at an additional cost. This must be done at the time of order placement.

Post fault investigation and within the specified warranty period, EXPANSYS repair service will be actioned at our discretion (please see exclusions below), at no cost to the customer. Shipping charges will be borne by EXPANSYS

B-Stock Warranty:


B-Stock items are not new and do not carry any warranty. Customers have 7 days from the time of delivery in which to return B-Stock items if they are found to be defective or not matching the description shown on the website.
