I'd like to know why I received a second hand phone when I thought I was purchasing a new one?! If I wanted a second hand one I could've went to a shop and not shipped online! When are you going to get back to me about getting a refund or exchanging a phone for a new one. Just disappointed as you were quick to send out the phone and when you sent the wrong colour you were quick to respond about that but sending me a second hand phone and not replying to my emails is not on and bad customer service.
